Kona Vistas Neighborhood

Kona Vistas subdivision is conveniently located just off Lako Street, about 3 miles South of the center of Kailua Kona town, and about 3 miles North of Keauhou. Just 2 and a half miles away is the popular White Sands Beach.

Located on the slopes of Hualalai, at an elevation ranging from 400 to 700 feet above sea level, this neighborhood features newer custom build homes and vacant lots for sale. Currently, homes for sale are ranging from the mid $500K’s to the mid $800K’s. Lots are a minimum of 15,000 sq. ft. to about ½ acre. Vacant land is currently selling between $150K to $199K.

Many of the houses in Kona Vistas have large covered lanais (patios) and many also offer spectacular ocean views. The sweeping coastline views make Kona Vistas subdivision perfect for living the indoor-outdoor.

Walua Road: A Walking and Biking Trail Near Kona Vistas

The popular Walua Road walking and biking trail borders the bottom of the Kona Vistas subdivision. This paved trail and road extends 3 miles South, and has some areas restricted to non-motorized vehicles such as bikes, skates, or pedestrians.
