Community Amenities

Located just six miles above Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway and the Kohala Coast resorts, many of the properties within this community offer panoramic views with wide-open vistas of the countryside and ocean. This community is also super convenient in so many ways. Waikoloa Village Association amenities include use of the community pool, golf course, and tennis courts, with annual association fees that are affordable. Currently, residents are paying at approximately $620/year.

It is also a kid-friendly community with the big park in the heart of the village and an elementary and middle school. Another big convenience is having several amenities located right within the Waikoloa Village Highlands Shopping Center. You’ll find a supermarket, post office, medical offices, gas station, restaurants, coffee shops, and a fire station.

Conveniently Located

Waikoloa Village is also really convenient in terms of location. It is an easy commute to Kona, Kawaihae, Kohala Coast resorts, and Waimea. Imagine living only 10 minutes away from Hapuna Beach State Park – one of the best and largest white sand beaches on Hawaii island – and the island’s top resorts with their fine dining, shopping, and excellent golfing opportunities.

In addition to outdoor activities, there are lots of nearby cultural events, including the monthly Twilight at Kalahuipua’a in Mauna Lani Resort, the July 4th Rubber Ducky Race in Waikoloa, Taste of the Hawaiian Range, the Aloha Festival in Waimea, and rodeos at Parker Ranch. Needless to say, I loved Waikoloa Village life and I have very fond memories.
