It was worth the wait! 🎉 This is a story about a super fun and hardworking family who achieved their dream of owning a slice of paradise in Captain Cook! The family has dreamt for many years to move to the island and retire. They are the type of family who have worked extremely hard for what they have. Hawaii has been calling them for quite some time and they are now wanting to enjoy a more relaxing pace in their life.

When we first conversed about their goals, the search was broad but little by little we started to narrow our focus on the location of their dreams. I assisted them with research and explained what it would take for them to make an offer on a house. I made sure to pair them with a reliable lender who could perform if issues would arise during escrow and provided them with knowledge on expectations when transacting in Hawaii. This beautiful family is currently enjoing the fruit of their labor and they now get to wake up in paradise to enjoy island living.
