Pualani Estates

Pualani Estates was completed as a three-phase master plan community by developer DR Horton Schuler Homes in 2004. The first phase of the subdivision was completed in 2012. The first homes came on the market in 2004 and since then it has become one of Hawaii’s most sought-after neighborhoods for those looking to have expansive ocean views!

With 10 different home styles ranging from 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom to 5 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom with square footage ranging between 1200sqft – 2500sqft and lot sizes ranging from 5,000 sqft to 7,500 sqft.

This community offers about 360 plantation-style single-family homes. Most homes overlook the Kona Coastline and offer expansive ocean and mountain views

Management Company

The management company managing Pualani Estates is Hawaiiana Management Company. You can contact them here https://pualaniestates.hmcmgt.com/. The association is very active and responsible for all common areas and landscaping. The area has underground utilities, county water, and wastewater. The current HOA fee is $28.00 per month

Charles Lunalilio Park aka Blue Park or Pualani Estates Park

The large community park at the bottom of Pualani Estates is a great spot for families to gather and enjoy themselves. It features soccer fields and baseball fields as well as a playground with swing sets, bathrooms, and a picnic area–a perfect place any day! This is one of the few neighborhoods that has a park. The park is currently being maintained by the County of Hawaii.

Park Activities

Halloween people head into their neighborhood just like they do every year; some dressed up in costume while others come out from behind doors trick-or-treating – all within sightseeing distance (and earshot)of one another’s homes where kids can go play without having too many restrictions set by adults who might not want them running around outside

Expectations

Most of the homes feature beautiful indoor and outdoor living featuring spacious and breezy lanais. You will see the most amazing sunsets where the sky has those beautiful hues of orange and pink. You will also be conveniently located just 7 minutes away from town and the closest beach is 5 minutes away.

The beauty of this subdivision is that each afternoon, clouds form above Hualalai Mountain and provide cooling shade in the entire subdivision. If you are looking for a subdivision with wide sidewalks you will enjoy living here as many residents walk at all times of the day. Perfect for strolling around with your children and doggies.
